Shri Tarun Chugh is the Chairperson of the NFPRC Foundation, where he provides strategic guidance to advance research-driven public policy, governance, institutional reform, and citizen-centric development. He currently serves as a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha representing Madhya Pradesh. Under his leadership, the Foundation seeks to promote evidence-based policymaking and foster dialogue on issues of national importance.
Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya, Shri Chugh is a public leader and social worker who has been actively engaged in community development, youth empowerment, education, and socio-cultural initiatives for over three decades.
His public life has been marked by sustained efforts to strengthen grassroots participation, encourage civic engagement, and contribute to social harmony through a range of community welfare initiatives.
Shri Tarun Chugh is the incharge of the Central Headquarters, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and also the former National General Secretary of the BJP.
