Shri. Abhinav Prakash Singh is an economist, academic, and public policy commentator with expertise spanning development economics, infrastructure governance, and political economy. He currently serves as Assistant Professor of Economics at Ramjas College, University of Delhi.

A bilingual writer, he contributes regularly to Hindustan Times, Indian Express, Dainik Jagran, Swarajya, and MoneyControl. He has served as Advisor to the Y20 India Secretariat under India's G20 Presidency, as a Delegate to the Indo-Pacific Thinkers Programme of the British High Commission (2025), as a Raisina Young Fellow (2019), and as a Fellow of the Asian Forum on Global Governance convened by the Observer Research Foundation and ZEIT-Stiftung, Hamburg.

He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the National Library, Kolkata and Young Leader at the France-India Foundation.

He has also served as a Resource Person for the Ministry of Education's SWAYAM platform, developing e-lectures on Public-Private Partnerships for the National Resource Centre under ARPIT and was a member of the UGC committee tasked with designing the Learning Outcomes-based Curriculum Framework (LOCF) for undergraduate Economics in 2020.
